One of the best Mexican restuarants in Central Texas, the quality, quantity and service are consistently excellent. Try the low-carbo menu that features grilled veggies and a fresh salad instead of the refried beans that you'll typically find at Tex-Mex restaurants. My wife loves the Chicken Monterrey and I love the Chicken Chipolte. Regardless of which one you order, the chicken breasts are mesquite grilled and have wonderful flavor. While you are waiting for your food, enjoy hot, thin chips and two salsas (red and green) and drinks - they have a full service bar. Dos Salsas gets crowded so come early - you won't be disappointed.
